1. Application for Rigid Frame Copper Wire Conductor Stranding Machine :
The machine is mainly used for stranding copper wire, aluminium wire and ACSR wire into round-shaped, fan-shaped and brick-shaped.

The machine is used for stranding copper, Aluminum. Stranding round, compressed, compacted or sector-shaped conductors to be used for cable manufacturing or for the Over Head Conductors. Rigid stranding lines are ideal machines for making conductors of large size for LV/MV/HV power cables and overhead conductors (AAC/AAAC/ACSR). Equipped with a constant tension control system and intelligent brake system:

The trolley is controlled by the converter, the operation is slow-faset-slow, which means the trolley starts slowly, moves qualicy, and approaches the cage slowly. It can make the trolley running stable, reliable, and precise. Mechanical and electrical positioning.

Electrical Control System:

The synchronal control system for separate motorized strander is different from other similar strander system by other makers. It's easy to operate by setting up all parameters on the touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. A unique pro and data collection system ensure the machine running is stable and reliable.
