1.The pay-off uses a friction plate tension control device that has a long life and is not prone to failure. Reduce gears for easy micro-precision adjustment.

2.A contact-type disconnecting parking device is added in the cradle to facilitate automatic parking after disconnection. The 6-stage stranded cage is supported by the "Germany SFAG" brand bearing. It is suitable for high-speed operation. The bearing seat is oil-lubricated to force the bearing. The external oil is provided with a "cooling device". It has the functions of lubrication and cooling. It does not need a single fuel tank.

3.The strand bow is made of "special metal" material, which has high flexibility and strong bearing capacity. It is installed on the diamond-shaped yoke support and is dynamically balanced after assembly. Each segment is made of butterfly pneumatic brake.

4.The cage adopts the external wiring mode, the large over-line hole and the multiple well-type guide rollers make the routing smoother, no bending, no scratches, no jumps.

5.The support seats at both ends of each section of the cage are made of gray iron castings of the lost foam process, which fully absorb vibration, reduce noise, and have a beautiful appearance.
