Stranding Usage - Planetary/Cage Type Strander

Application:
Suitable for twisting of bare copper wire, bare aluminum wire,
power insulating wire , PVC/PE insulating wire, foaming coaxial
wire,kinds of new energy sources (photovoltaic, wind energy source, charging pile, high-speed rail,
nuclear power industrial etc) special cable, bending endurance and
high flexible robot cable, intelligent machine( industrial 4.0
machine) inside control cable, medical treatment cable, elevator insulating wire, composite optical cable, premise cable, and so on.
Features:
Planetary cabler is for manufacturing high quality control cable
and optical fiber cable multistrand cable production equipment. It
referency to the advanced cable equipment at home and abroad,
combined with our wire and cable manufacturing situation and
redesign. Its structure is composed of pay-off stand, stranding
cage, die holder, wrapping bobbin, meter counter, tractor device
and electric appliance controller etc. This machine adopts PLC
program control, use frequency conversion motor controller makes
output shaft speed constant. With hydraulic brake and electromagnet
braking when machine is stopping, so as to achieve steady and
quickly stop. Take up and traverse wire device adopts torque motor.
Torque motor starts operating before main stranding cage starts
running. Conversely, torque motor stops after stranding cage stops
so as to to meet the requirement of cable manufacturing process.
