This machine is mainly used to produce large section and large length steel cored aluminum strand and aluminum alloy wire; It can also be used for pressing of copper round and aluminum sector conductor.
The whole machine is driven by separate motors. Each section of the
stranding body and traction are driven by separate motors. The
stranding body is driven to rotate through a special gearbox. The
whole machine is controlled by Siemens S7-200 series PLC to ensure
synchronization accuracy. During actual production, the operator
can set the strand pitch of each section, production line speed and
other process parameters on the touch screen according to the cable
specifications required to be produced, and automatically calculate
the speed and control of each transmission part through PLC when
starting up. Pay-off tension, etc. ensure the synchronization of
the entire machine and the accuracy of the stranding pitch, and
achieve stepless speed regulation of the entire machine.
Using digital quantity to detect wire breakage can accurately
determine the wire breakage signal of any disk in each section of
the strand, and display which section and disk is broken on the
touch screen of the main console, making the wire breakage
detection more precise and accurate. Significantly improved to
ensure detection accuracy.
The reel tension of each section of the strand adopts a pneumatic
proportional valve controller, which automatically calculates and
tracks the reel diameter to adjust the reel tension to ensure the
stability of the reel tension. The tension proportion coefficient
can also be manually adjusted on the touch screen when starting up.
The entire machine operation uses Siemens S7-200 series PLC and
integrated Profinet field bus for unified control, coordinating the
working status, operation and speed control of the electrical parts
of the entire machine. The operation touch screen adopts Siemens
color human-machine interface to control the operation.
Visual large-screen LCD high-definition display (double-sided 40")
comprehensively displays on-site product information and status,
and provides real-time dynamic monitoring. The operation terminal
adopts HMI (14") for unified management, with a simple appearance
and easy operation

The power supply: three-phase, five wire system: 380V (± 10%) 50Hz
The machine adopts separate motor drive (the motor adopts
variable-frequency motor), each AC variable-frequency motor adopts
frequency converter to control speed regulation, the whole machine
control is managed by Siemens programmable controller, the Siemens
touch screen controls operation, and the host is started after the
alarm bell rings.
